Before real estate, my background is in senior general management — ship recycling and steel re-rolling operations in Pakistan — and in sales, at Emirates NBD in Abu Dhabi. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Karachi.
I speak English, Urdu and Arabic, which covers most of the conversations that actually happen in this market.

I work for you — not a developer, not a sales target. If a listing isn't right for you, I'll say so, even if it costs me the deal. Every recommendation is qualified against entry price, rental demand, net yield, supply, payment structure and exit — not sold on a headline stat.
